EFTPS Registration

The Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) is the online federal tax payment system designed and maintained by the Internal Revenue Service.

For PDS to make your tax payments, you must create an Enrollment at www.eftps.gov.  Follow the below instructions to create your enrollment.  You will receive a PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the mail from the IRS after completing your enrollment.

1. Go to EFTPS.gov in your internet browser

2. Click the button marked “Enrollment”

3. Accept the Privacy Act

4. Click “Business” under “Enroll me as a
5. Fill-in the necessary data as described below.

6. Pay special attention to selecting “Have your financial institution initiate your transaction.”
7. Enter the signing authority’s name.

8. Enter your company’s EIN (Employer Identification Number)

9. Accept the authorization agreements.

10. Finally click “Complete
