Payroll
From weekly to once a year, we will take care of your payroll needs. Our clients can either use our online system or send in their timesheets by email or fax. After processing your payroll, we will deliver, mail, or hold for pickup all checks and reports. Reports can also be delivered by email for those who want to reduce paper use and clutter.
Tax Payments and Filing
We will make your Federal and State withholding payments as well as your quarterly unemployment payments. We file your quarterly and year end forms (940, 941, HW-14) forms and data. Let us take the pressure and responsibility off of your shoulders by doing these critical tasks for you.
W2 Forms
We print employee W2 forms and report all necessary information to the federal government and state. Stop trying to do these critical tasks on your own and let us take care of it for you.
1099 Forms
We will print 1099’s for your 1099 vendors at the end of the year.
Job Costing
We provide full Job Costing payroll services for many of Hawaii’s construction companies as well as other businesses with unionized laborers.
